Russ Cramer | CPA, CGMA, Managing Member

After growing up in the Midwest, Russ has been in the Rogue Valley since 1990. Russ attended the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1985, and is a graduate of Southern Oregon University. He began his career in public accounting in 1998 working for the Medford office of a large regional CPA firm for six years, and has since worked with several other smaller firms, finally deciding to practice on his own. Russ obtained his CPA certificate in 2004, and was accepted to the Oregon Municipal Auditor Roster in 2010. Russ’ audit and supervisory experience gives him the necessary skill sets for planning, performing, and completing all forms of assurance and attestation engagements. He has extensive experience in financial statement and report preparation for various entities, including municipalities and non-profit organizations. Another benefit of Russ’ tenure in public accounting is that he is experienced and knowledgeable in taxation, as he has prepared and reviewed tax returns for both individual and business entities, as well having specialization in not-for-profit tax returns and filing requirements. Prior to Russ’ career in public accounting, he held various positions in manufacturing, construction, financial, and service-related industries, and has also owned and operated several small businesses. This makes Russ extremely well-positioned to consult with a variety of types of clients.  Russ has been an Officer and Board Member for the Southern Oregon Chapter of APICS, the Association for Operations Management, since 1998.  Russ is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA.) On a personal note, Russ has moved around and lived in most parts of the United States, and now his passion is to be firmly rooted in the Rogue Valley community and enjoy his family and his home.
